大学生英语短剧大赛策划书
【第1句】：活动前言：
21世纪是英语和科技风行的时代，苏州大学沙钢钢铁学院学生科技协会在苏州大学学生科技协会的号召下，积极举办新生英语短剧大赛初赛，旨在营造全院浓厚的英语学习氛围，丰富同学们的'课余文化生活。我们以英语短剧这种新颖的形式来增强同学们对英语学习的兴趣，充分发挥和提高同学们的英语口语水平，在轻松娱乐的气氛中体会英语的魅力，同时也能让同学们在舞台上充分展现自我、超越自我。
【第2句】：活动时间与地点：
活动时间：年10月24日（星期五）18：30
活动地点：工科楼210
【第3句】：参赛方式：
参赛队伍主要以专业为单位，各专业不得少于两个参赛队伍，也可跨专业自由组合，以大一新生为主体。
我们将在苏大北校区内张贴宣传海报，通过苏州大学沙钢钢铁学院科协微信平台人人网主页进行宣传。
【第4句】：活动流程：
前期准备：
【第1句】：在信息栏及各宿舍张贴海报宣传，学院网发布宣传海报。
【第2句】：在学院网、人人网苏州大学沙钢钢铁学院科协主页进行宣传。
【第3句】：向学院各班级发送英语短剧比赛通知及相关事宜的交代。
【第4句】：发送邀请函邀请评委，提前做好会场布置工作。
比赛规则：
【第1句】：各参赛队自选剧本（鼓励原创），参加人数由剧本而定，但不宜过多；表演时间10分钟以内，超时酌情扣分；服装道具及剧本PPT自备。
【第2句】：表演紧扣主题，不得偏离。
评分标准：
详见附录二
比赛过程：
【第1句】：10月10日进行宣讲会，通知各班级比赛时间地点，准备剧本参加比赛。
（报名表详见附录一）
【第2句】：10月18日各参赛队递交剧本，审核内容，通过后各参赛队抽时间彩排。
【第3句】：请于10月18日前联系孙同学（18118249183）上交短剧剧目、演员名单和剧本，并进行抽签决定参赛顺序。
【第4句】：10月24日各参赛队参加比赛，角逐出各个奖项。
【第5句】：10月24日比赛流程安排：
（1）下午4点安排人员整理布置会场。（悬挂横幅，张贴海报，安排评委和观众的座位、放置饮料、水果等）
（2）下午5：30各参赛队伍准时到达会场，及时通知到各队的负责人，后台的准备间要有条不紊的进行，设专人保持后台的秩序。
（3）6点之前准备工作完成。
（4）6：30观众和嘉宾依此进场，维持好会场的秩序。
（5）6：45比赛正式开始，主持人略微介绍活动目的和意义，简单介绍参赛队伍及嘉宾，下面选手按照既定的顺序依此上台表演。评委实时的进行评分。（比赛时要保持会场的安静）
（6）比赛结束，在计分组评分时，邀请嘉宾进行表演。由分数高低评出【第1句】：【第2句】：三等奖以及优秀奖，并评选出最佳男女主角以及最佳男女配角。
（7）主持人宣布比赛结果，嘉宾颁奖，至此比赛结束。
