授牌是什么意思

授予“牌匾”。

中国的企事业单位，在成立之时，喜欢通过上级“授牌”的仪式，把该新成立单位的“名字”刻在木制或者金属制的板上，悬挂在单位门前显著位置，以说明该单位是经过法定程序成立，并且办公地点就设在此处。

有一种牌的玩法，就是每人那五张牌，别人出什么就要比这个数大一就可以出。

比如出3，就只能出4，或者炸

这种玩法叫干瞪眼干瞪眼游戏接牌和的规则比较（一般只能是比所出的牌大于1的牌才可能规则），如果不符合规则，即使手中的牌点数比较大也不能出牌，只能“干瞪眼”。

游戏可以2——5个人玩，最先出完牌的玩家获得胜利。

单张：任意一张单牌。

顺子：三张点数相连的牌。

特殊：2不能出现在顺子中。

对子：任意两张点数相同的牌。

连对：两对点数相连的牌，如：5566。

特殊：2不能出现在连对中。

三张：三张点数相同的牌，如666。

炸弹：四张点数相同的牌。

如7777。

双王炸弹：一个大王加一个小王特殊：单独的一个大王和小王不属于任何牌型，不可出。

两个王可以组成炸弹。

单张，顺子，对子，连对的牌型，必须点数正好大过一点才可以大过。

例如：44必须55才能大过，345必须456才能大过。

特殊：2可以大过所有单张，22可以大过所有对子。

三张的牌型，点数大的就可以大过。

炸弹的牌型大过所有其他牌型，炸弹之间的比较，点数大的就可以大过，双王炸弹最大。

决定庄家和发牌每新局开始随机决定一个玩家成为庄家，之后的局，上局的赢家成为庄家。

庄家拥有当局第一轮出牌权。

游戏开始后，庄家发6张牌，其余人发5张牌。

剩下的牌做为底牌。

出牌和拿牌拥有出牌权的玩家可以出任意符合规则的牌型，其他玩家顺序出牌，必须出符合规则的比上家大的牌型或者选择不出。

当所有人选择不出，一轮出牌结束，这时判断是否还有底牌，如果有底牌，则每个玩家从底牌拿一张牌加到自己的手牌里。

如果没有底牌，则不用拿底牌。

胜负判断第一个出完手中所有牌的玩家胜利，其余玩家失败。
