Dongguan is one of the national civilized cities. Everyone is very proud of this title. But we should do more to make the city brighter. In this summer, there are many volunteers to help people. It’s called “smiling volunteer service”. Who are they? They are university students, teachers, and other people. They help the policeman. They help the visitors. They’re very kind. They like the sunshine, they can make our city warm. They will make a brighter Dongguan in the future. I want to be a volunteers, too. That’s all for my speech. Thank you.
